REPRODUCTION:

I was unable to reproduce this bug on macOS Ventura 13.5 (22G74/arm64).

REGRESSION:

I was unable to bisect a regression, as this bug has persisted since Big Sur at the earliest (see bug #224788).

REPRODUCIBILITY:

After setting a "Slow" test expectation, I was able to reproduce this bug on macOS Ventura 13.5 (22G74/arm64) at 267321@main:

run-webkit-tests --verbose --iterations 1000 --child-processes 25 -f --clobber-old-results inspector/css/node-styles-refreshed.html
