Setup:
- WebkitGTK 2.40.5 (reproducible in 4.0 and 4.1 APIs, including with MiniBrowser)
- Gentoo Linux, both glibc and musl

Websites where I could reproduce it:
- https://spwn.jp/
- https://gitlab.com/apparmor/apparmor (works with any repo, https://gitlab.com/ just redirects elsewhere; Interestingly I couldn't reproduce the behavior on other gitlab instances)

Behavior with devtools closed:
- Load one of the websites
- Wait 30+ seconds to be sure
- JavaScript based content only partially loaded

Behavior with devtools / Inspect Element open:
- Load one of the websites
- Wait few seconds
- JavaScript based content successfully loaded
