Import for WPT tests for module import in workers with CSP, and tweak them to make sure they run with our test infrastructure.

The tests are failing: Bug 260128 – ASSERTION FAILED: isAllowedByContentSecurityPolicy(request.url(), ContentSecurityPolicy::RedirectResponseReceived::No) for http/wpt/workers/modules/shared-worker-import-csp.html
