In Source/ThirdParty/libwebrtc/Source/third_party/libwebm/webm_parser/src/byte_parser.h, provide a default value for WEBM_FUZZER_BYTE_ELEMENT_SIZE_LIMIT when ENABLE_LIBFUZZER=YES is set during Xcode builds.
