I was able to replicate this failure on Ventura ToT as follows:

run-webkit-tests --root inspector/dom/getAccessibilityPropertiesForNode.html --force


I used force due to there being an expectation for the Flaky timeouts on Monterey. It is still giving a text diff failure. 


It appears to start consistently failing around 4/4/2023 near commit 262566@main.
