Epiphany 44 fails these tests with GNOME's "Reduce Animation" (gtk-enable-animations = false) setting: * https://webkit.org/blog-files/prefers-reduced-motion/prm.htm * https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/@media/prefers-reduced-motion

Note that there is a GTK3 bug where this doesn't work on Wayland: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/issues/5813 All other platforms work (GTK4 (Ephiphany), GTK3+x11).
