This test has been flakily failing on macOS WK1 and iOS simulator since it was added with https://commits.webkit.org/262039@main The image diff shows that the test is expecting a red square on a white background but the red square is missing. https://build.webkit.org/results/Apple-Ventura-Release-AppleSilicon-WK1-Tests/262269@main%20(2666)/fast/canvas/offscreen-scaling-diffs.html

Side note: red generally shouldn't be used to indicate success in tests, https://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/Test/guidelines.html
