Summary
HTMLSelectElement should return named options
Dave Moore
Reported

According to the HTML5 spec both HTMLSelectElement and HTMLOptionsCollection should allow property access to named options. This bug created a test case for this:
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25191
The test is LayoutTests/fast/dom/HTMLSelectElement/resources/named-options.js Currently named options are possible only for HTMLOptionsCollection. It does the correct behavior of returning a single option element if only one has the name and a collection of option elements if more than one has the name.

This is supposedly a JSC only bug, since I guess the v8 bindings (or so I'm told) have already had this feature added.
