Please add support for JPEG XL! It supports HDR Images which more and more Photographers around the world are creating (also the iPhone) and it is royalty free (in contrast to other, video codec based formats) Advantages of JPEG XL: - can replace GIF, annimated GIF and PNG and also convert them automatically to JPEG XL without losses. - can be loaded progressively unlike AVIV and HEIC. - is not limited to 8 bits per color channel like Google's WEBP. - produces fewer jaggies in the image (similar to PNG), than WEBP, when lines are slanted. - supports HDR (High Dynamic Range) images. - uses less memory than WEBP for the same quality. - has now found its way into all major photo editors (Photoshop, Affinity, Gimp,...). Thanks in advance!
