Test page

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use iOS Safari
2. Open the attached test page
3. Tap on “Details”

What happened: 

Nothing.

What should have happened:

The <details> element should have opened.

This may be fixed by https://commits.webkit.org/267899@main, but I can’t confirm because I don’t have an environment for testing iOS Safari builds

I can't reproduce this problem in iOS 17.
