XHTML files with embedded SVGs do not show the SVG in the correct position when zooming. For example: http://www.mtronix.de/webkitBug/test.xhtml

When zooming, the diagrams at the bottom zoom more than the table cell, and are shifted to the right.

Certainly our behavior here is different from firefox.  I'm not sure what's correct here.

We need to reduce this to a test case that can actually be understood.  Right now there is just too much content to tell what's going on.

Part of what makes this difficult to understand is bug 25178.  Which as far as I can tell is a FF bug, not a WebKit bug.
