https://drafts.csswg.org/css-nesting/#conditionals The specification allows nested group rules inside of style rules: any at-rule whose body contains style rules can be nested inside of a style rule as well. We don't support the @scope at-rules feature yet, but we should implement nesting support for @media, @layer, @container and @supports.
