Update xsltUnicodeSortFunction() in XSLTUnicodeSort.cpp with changes from GNOME libxslt issue #78. <https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libxslt/-/issues/78> <https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libxslt/-/commit/e7374c3b9f1b1652862af1d37755611b00e4079e> The function was originally based on `examples/xsltICUSort.c`. This is the second attempt after Bug 247538 and Bug 249321. <rdar://103361507>
