https://github.com/whatwg/fullscreen/pull/210 is updating the Fullscreen UA style sheet to use the inset property instead of top/right/bottom/left. This change isn't observable or testable, but it would still be good to align implementations, as it makes the style sheet marginally smaller and faster to parse.
