Chrome is preparing to ship the permission policy with self in Chrome 110. Stable in Feb '23 [1]. Firefox also implements 'self'. [1] WebKit should follow suit to align with the other engines. [1] https://github.com/web-platform-tests/interop/issues/34#issuecomment-1299555415
