I tried to paste some text into the richtext box on the blogger blogging website and this is the result:

It has occurred on every release of Webkit and Safari, however, the fault doesn't appear with Chromium - so it might be a browser detection issue or webkit developers not getting their act together and merging the changes from google.

We don't have test URL and don't have any reference image and steps to reproduce.

We wouldn't be able to progress this bug or test anymore. Marking this as 'RESOLVED WONTFIX' and hopefully we have newer bug with reproducible test case to help us fix bug or this might have already being fixed.
