Via JS: https://jsfiddle.net/9gxwduz2/4/ Via CSS: https://jsfiddle.net/6b7fp5ax/ Both incorrectly indicate that iOS supports ::-webkit-scrollbar-* when it does not. Please give us a programatic way to detecting this, so we don't have to do user agent detection.
