Hi Team, While going through Bug Reproduction and test case and while using Inspector, it seems that the rendering is broken in this and jiggles: Link - https://jstsch.com/misc/2019/7/safari-svg-zoom.html Bug - https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=199364 Open Inspector and see "Elements' and notice SVG opacity and class overlaps and gives strange text rendering. Reproducible in Safari 16 and STP 148. Thanks!

Converted does not invalidate properly on this page - https://webframes.github.io/smil2css/ and it shows top left corner leftover from previous and both animations are not in sync. I took it from Chrome Monorail for this PR: https://src.chromium.org/viewvc/blink?view=revision&revision=174874

Due to nature of test case, all browsers have 'flickering' values in Console. Marking this as 'RESOLVED INVALID'.
