fast/scrolling/mac/keyboard-scrolling-with-mouse-scroll.html

The test was added at 254561@main and has been a flaky failure on BigSur wk2 and Monterey wk2 Debug.

Reproduction steps:
I can reproduce this on 254719@main ToT.

Command: 
run-webkit-tests --iterations 50 --exit-after-n-failures 1 --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts 1 -f --no-retry --debug  fast/scrolling/mac/keyboard-scrolling-with-mouse-scroll.html
