webanimations/accelerated-overlapping-transform-animations.html

The test was added at 230714@main and was a consistent failure briefly and then changed to a flaky image failure from the beginning of the test addition until today.

Reproduction steps:
I can reproduce this on 254266@main ToT.

Command: 
run-webkit-tests --root /Volumes/External/Builds/macOS/Star/Production/releaseBuild254266@main  --exit-after-n-failures 1 --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts 1 --iterations 50 -f --no-retry webanimations/accelerated-overlapping-transform-animations.html

Result: 
Unexpected flakiness: image-only failures (1)
  webanimations/accelerated-overlapping-transform-animations.html [ ImageOnlyFailure Pass ]
