The ContentSecurityPolicyClient interface exposes a method, 'willSendCSPViolationReport', that is implemented in the abstract base class as a no-op, and is not used anywhere. Since ContentSecurityPolicyClient.h is a private implementation header for WebKit, and is not API for developers, we can remove this dead code.
