This test was added at 243907@main via resync web-platform-tests/html from upstream and has been a flaky failure since its introduction on macOS wk1.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
I can reproduce this on 253737@main ToT.

run-webkit-tests --root 253737@main -1 --exit-after-n-failures 1 --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts 1 --iterations 50 -f --no-retry imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/browsers/browsing-the-web/history-traversal/history-traversal-navigate-parent-while-child-loading.html
