The test is a flaky, almost consistent timeout on macOS wk1 since the add at 248885@main.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
I can reproduce this on 253720@main ToT.

Command: 
run-webkit-tests --root 253720@main -1 --exit-after-n-failures 1 --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts 1 --iterations 50 -f --no-retry pointer-lock/pointermove-movement-delta.html

Result: 
Unexpected flakiness: timeouts (1)
  pointer-lock/pointermove-movement-delta.html [ Timeout Pass ]
