imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/semantics/document-metadata/the-style-element/style-load-after-mutate.html

The test is a flaky failure after the WPT resync at 252960@main.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
I can reproduce this on 252960@main, but am unable to reproduce it earlier.

Command: 
run-webkit-tests --debug --exit-after-n-failures 1 --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts 1 --iterations 50 -f --no-retry imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/semantics/document-metadata/the-style-element/style-load-after-mutate.html

Result: 
15 tests ran as expected, 3 didn't (32 didn't run):
Unexpected flakiness: text-only failures (1)
