fast/mediastream/getUserMedia-to-canvas-1.html

The first failure that I saw on the dashboard was on 7/27/2022 at 252876@main.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
I can reproduce this on 252875@main, but am unable to reproduce it on 252869@main or earlier.  I am unable to pinpoint the change due to due to the lack of spades in the range 252869@main - 252875@main, but 252871 appears to be a likely candidate.

Command: 
run-webkit-tests --ios-simulator --exit-after-n-failures 1 --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts 1 --iterations 50 --no-retry fast/mediastream/getUserMedia-to-canvas-1.html

Result: 
Regressions: Unexpected timeouts (1)
  fast/mediastream/getUserMedia-to-canvas-1.html [ Timeout ]
