The page is blank, but should show some content. See for example Firefox 3 for how it's supposed to look.

This is caused by a parsing problem in the page. There is a stray <SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript"> enclosing all of the content. I don't know what the HTML5 parsing specification says we should do here, though.
