Click Play Expected: Video starts with the sound Actual: Video starts without sound * Working on Firefox 103.0a1 (2022-06-14) (64-bit) * Working on Chrome Version 104.0.5106.0 (Official Build) canary (arm64) * Was already failing on Safari 13.1.2 and Safari 13.1 on Mac OS X 10.15.4

We have determined that this is an issue in an underlying framework, so closing as INVALID. This will continue to be tracked by Apple internally. This file's audio is also not working in the built-in QuickTime Player.
