WebRTC client (WebEx App Client) UI

Set proxy network, MAC Safari 15* or Safari 14* connect the proxy network, then try to launch WebRTC client (WebEx App Client), meeting is connecting always, client cannot be launched.

using 2 Proxy, all cannot work
1. using 8080 port and need password login.
2. using 3128 port, and no need password login

After use Cisco common Proxy address to do proxy, this issue does not happen, so maybe proxy server setting issue. now close this issue
