With voiceover on, when focus moves to an input/select/textarea we get the following behavior: * In Safari, the native UI is not shown. * In WKWebView, the native UI is shown. This should be consistent, I think the Safari behaviour is ideal. See this codepen to see this working in Safari - https://codepen.io/HazzMan2409/pen/ExodzNx
