animations/shadow-host-child-change.html is a flaky image failure on iOS queues. Suspected regression point r290898, as is only revision in range that modifies animations. Unable to bisect as when attempting newer spades I receive ('Failed to install app {} on device {}'.format(self._path_to_driver(), device.udid)) At r291781 the test passes at 1000 iterations using run-webkit-tests --ios-simulator
