Bug of new tab in Safari

Opening a new tab in Safari, it's often showed a new small tab with graphic information of previous pages, like in the picture attached. 

It seems the problem occurs especially during private mode.

This is not a WebKit issue. Please report it to Apple via https://feedbackassistant.apple.com for Safari engineers to take a look. Please provide a sysdiagnose, and ideally, a screen recording of how this happens.
