For pages requiring smart card based certificates, pages will load multiple times. User is requested to either reselect the certificate or re-input the pin multiple times for the page to load (if at all).

https://docsso.doc.gov/am/proxyidpfinder.jsp (Click on the link for NOAA) https://myaccess.dmdc.osd.mil/identitymanagement/authenticate.do?execution=e1s1 (Click on the link for CAC) Unfortunately these are government websites which require a CAC card with a certificate to access, so replicating the error may be difficult on your end. I’d be happy to set up a session with a screen share to show you what the error looks like. I am not having this error in other browsers (e.g. Chrome), so it appears to be specific to Safari. I’m happy to answer any further questions or assist in any other way.
