Audio element doesn't resume playback automatically after interruption

repo steps:
- open https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/getusermedia/audio/ and allow to capture from microphone
- open Voice Recorder and start/stop recording
- go back to Safari
-> audio is paused and need to call audioElement.play() to start it again
