imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/video-rvfc/request-video-frame-callback-repeating.html is failing after bug# 235006 lands: FAIL Test chaining calls to video.rVFC, and verify the required parameters. assert_greater_than: mediaTime should be increasing expected a number greater than 0 but got 0 This appears to be caused by AVPlayerLayer reconfiguring the decoder after it is created, and causing AVPlayerItemVideoOutput to purge frames and re-issue a new decoded frame at time 0.
