http/tests/app-privacy-report/user-attribution-post-request.html is consistently failing on iOS as of r286852, the test passed with r286849.

Marked test as failing in r287135 to speed up EWS.

The test is no longer failing, and the expectation has already been removed. I think https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/287185/webkit is what caused the progression.
