I can't open any RSS or Atom feeds in Safari 3.2.1 on Windows. Running WebKit nightly r39960. Here's the error message from Safari:

Safari can’t open the page “feed://news.google.com/?ned=us&topic=t&output=rss”. The error was: “unknown error” (CFURLErrorDomain:303) Please choose Report Bugs to Apple from the Help menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.
