Summary
Cookies and sessions lost during a browser session

For some reason and maybe for a week now or so, webkit keeps forgetting sessions (e.g. I had to sign in 3 times to get to this form). This means e.g. I have to sign in to sites every couple minutes even though the cookies they set have a far longer lifetime (2 weeks vs a couple mins). I am using the latest nightly build, safari is version 3.2.1. -J

Cookies are not handled by WebKit, but by the CFNetwork system framework. You should file a bug report at
http://bugreport.apple.com/
. This bug will be closed as INVALID as the problem is outside of WebKit.

You can also check if you've enabled the Private Browsing mode in the Safari menu.

Nope.. Private browsing is not on. I am apparently not alone:
