I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari Technology Preview 152 and it shows "focus ring" to be extended and creep into other text area and it is same in Chrome Canary 107 and only Firefox Nightly 106 does not have focus ring creep.

Just wanted to share updated testing result. Thanks!
