There are some tests failing because of that:

* imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-flexbox/percentage-heights-017.html
* imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-flexbox/percentage-heights-018.html

Note that this is controversial. I've filled [1] against the CSS specs in order to clarify it.
