Bug 259742 (266595@main) did some earlier cleanup here, but not adding any style-checker rule means we've regressed a bunch here. We can't actually add a checker rule that "skip" lines actual correspond to files that exist in upstream WPT in any reasonable way, but we can at least check almost everything else.
