Created attachment 443292 [details] image after few clicks When you open this PDF in Safari: https://ap-report.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com/wimbersky%40inizio.cz/2021/11/04-04-07/AUTOPROP-R-T.pdf (it's a leaflet.js map that was printed with Chrome's print to PDF function) and you click anywhere on the image, each click makes the image darker blue

Please file a bug via https://feedbackassistant.apple.com/; this is not a WebKit bug, but an issue in a dependency. (Also let me know if you aren't going to, so I can, but it's better for you to do it so you have status tracking).
