1) Safari 15.5 on macOS 12.4
2) Firefox Nightly 103
3) Chrome Canary 105

I believe Webspecs were changed and since now all browsers are matching, this bug can be marked as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED"? Thanks! (if these are legit bug and somehow broken across all browser then please ignore my comments). 

Also - can related bug from Comment 03 - it can also be marked as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED"? If my testing is right and it is just spec change now. Thanks!
