The tests imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/canvas/element/manual/imagebitmap/createImageBitmap-drawImage.html and imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/canvas/element/manual/imagebitmap/createImageBitmap-flipY.html fail on GTK and WPE after r284439 because that change tightened the tolerance on the required pixel values from 10 to 1.
