I was not able to reproduce the image failure locally on iOS 15 sim using run-webkit-tests --ios-simulator --iterations 500 --exit-after-n-failures 1 fast/flexbox/aspect-ratio-intrinsic-adjust.html --use-gpu-process

The test first failed at r284855 where default iOS simulator for layout tests was switched to iPhone 12 (https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/284855/webkit).

I was able to reproduce the image failures while I was working on reproduction of other image failures using test list. ( Bug 232384 )

Those images failures might be by the same root cause.
