I was not able to reproduce the timeout locally on iOS 15 sim using run-webkit-tests --ios-simulator --force --iterations 500 --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts 1 webrtc/multi-video.html.

Jer Noble confirmed this is no longer an issue as of 5/3/2022.
