While reading page http://www.nytimes.com/ I get a pop-up window with Safari logo saying: http://graphics8.nytimes.com Please import APIModules_all.js in oder to use the API. Obviously this is addressed to the wrong person. It appeared after many seconds of viewing the page. It happened 2 out of 2 times. After I dismissed it (OK) I saw no problems. WebKit r39682 A subsequent shell curl command for file http://graphics8.nytimes.com yields "500 Internal Server Error". I will save webarchive and curl yield for a while if anyone is interested.

This pop-up comes form the site itself, not from Safari or WebKit. Sounds like a server-side problem.
