Previously, we had 

   27 [merge "changelog"]
   28     driver = ../OpenSource/Tools/Scripts/resolve-ChangeLogs --fix-merged --merge-driver %O %A %B

entry via webkit-patch setup-git-clone. But now, this is not registered.
