When I surf this website, it's always shown in a improper way, But it's normal when I use IE in a windows system.

Confirmed with r39545. Looks wrong, same problems in Firefox.

All browsers (Safari Technology Preview 191, Chrome Canary 125 and Firefox Nightly 126) are loading this website similar, it might be IE specific and now Websites are evolved and if we have newer bug report, we might fixed it and since all browsers are rendering fine, I am going to mark this as 'RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED'.
