This test has started timing out in r282494 on both GTK and WPE, with the following output:

FAIL: Timed out waiting for notifyDone to be called

Test RTCPeerConnection 'iceconnectionstatechange' event

On success, you will see a series of "PASS" messages, followed by "TEST COMPLETE".
