seems to depend on "Translator: Validate precisions" which might not be a simple cherry-pick.

Have emailed Kimmo, Gregg and Shabi (the author of the precision validation) to understand how difficult a cherry-pick this would be without the precision validation. I'm hoping it's simple - just to not specify the precision at a few call sites.

This was merged as part of ANGLE update.
